Bill Of Rights

1. Citizens shall be respected the right to express their own religion, belief or faith; freedom of speech, expression and the press; and be afforded the right to peaceably protest the relevant authorities regarding any grievances
2. It is the right of every citizen to possess and suitably utilise legal firearms in aid of the lawful defense of their life.
3. Citizens have the right to be awarded a full and legal warrant for any searches and seizures made upon their property.
4. No person shall be tried or sentenced within custody without the right to legal representation being offered if available.
5. Every citizen has the right to not self-incriminate themselves within a court of law. No citizen should be denied access to their property or freedoms without due process of the law being applied.
 6. Citizens have the right to be protected from excessive fines, and the implementation of cruel or unusual punishment.
